Kuchina chimney
After sales service

I am using a Kuchina Sleek Chimney (model--sleek). The first servicing was done after 7 days of complaint. They charged Rs, 275/- and we had to provide all materials required for the services.

HOWEVER THIS TIME WHEN WE WANTED ANOTHER SERVICE, they went on directing us from one telephone number to the other and finally after five telephone calls the service executive told us that it will take another week time for them to service my chimney and i will have to provide all items like kerosine etc plus the service charge. While purchasing the product they promised the same day service and now it seems they are reluctant to provide services. Kindly look into the matter so that other people are not duped by this company and its false promises. Also thke necesary action against the same company
