Kuchina chimney(kitchen)
No response from the company, within warranty period

Dear sir, i purchased a kuchina kitchen chimney, installed in my kitchen in apr., 09.but after installation i didnot get a single service from the company, which they are supposed to give thrice in the 1st year, inspite of repeated request.last comlain lodged about 2 weeks back, (doc. no.-HO/105/0310).but there is no response till date.moreover they had offered lifetime warranty of the product.if this is their service pattern within 1 year, i really in doubt about their life time warranty.inthis way bajoria appliances is cheating people since years.many of my friends also had similar experiences.
