Subject: - Repair of LCD 26 ″ Model No. LA 26R71BAM/XTL.

Sir,

It is intimated that I had purchased an LCD 26″ Model No. LA 26R71BAM/XTL from M/s Puran Chand Satya Paul Khanna, H.O Sajjan Niwas Shimla-171001, Show Room at 4, Regent House, Near Lift, the Mall, Shimla vide cash Memo No. A Electronics-11601 dated 04.11.2007.

It is further intimated that said LCD is out of order w.e.f 20.9.2010 on wards and in this regard, in response to my complaint dated 20.9. an Service Engineer was deputed by M/s Johny Electronics, Neel Bhawan, Sanjauli, Shimla-6 on dated 22.9.2010 who has checked the LCD and reported a problem of “ON-OFF” and on this account I have paid Rs. 500/-only to Service Engineer (copy of customer service record card dated 22.9.2010 is enclosed). I have also lodged a complaint to Samsung India, New Delhi over telephone. My complaint No. is 8419456716.

It is pleased to intimate that presently I am a regular customer of Samsung India w.e.f. 11 and using Washing Machine (Samsung make), Model No. WA75N6E4/XTL, Refrigerator (Samsung make), Model No. RA18-WXPR and Mobile Set, Model No. Samsung S5620 Monte B.O (Photocopies enclosed).

It is to intimate that my LCD has again been checked by the Service Engineer on dated 24.1.2011 and accordingly, I have been given an estimate amounting to Rs.12, 602.81 (photo copy of estimate enclosed). It has been intimated to me that due to manufacturing defect, my LCD is out of order and its panel-BN 07-00364A amounting to Rs. 12, 602.81 is required to be replaced for making LCD in order.

It is submitted that I am not in position to bear aforesaid amount, to get my LCD repaired from Samsung Service Centre at Sanjauli, Shimla, due to domestic reasons. It is, therefore, requested that my LCD may kindly be got repaired by replacing panel-BN07-00364 A, without any replacement cost.
