Laser printer scx 4300

I had purchase samsung scx 4300 printer in January. since january we purchase more than 4 cartage but no any cartage was print more than 500 page. so, it is very costly. when i purchase compatible cartage and install in printer the printer display message Jam1 or install toner. please solve my problem.
