After sales service not available

I was purchased a LavaB8 handset from Homeshop 18 on 20th april from last one month my earphone is not working. But i am not getting any service center in my area (it was mentioned in a booklet when i purchased the handset.)I have already complained about it in homeshop 18 but they are not able to give any solutions. As per standard warranty i should get a new earphone. Please look in to this matter & solve my problem.
