Faulty Piece and poor service

Dear Sir

I purchased Lava KKT22 mobile.with in 3 months It started to hang

I handed overe to MAHESH MOBILES CHOPDA MAHARASHTRA from there it was handovered to main dealer in Jalgaon. After one week it was sent to service center in jalgaon

service technician took 12 days to load software

I wrote letter and had telephonic talk with company.

Finally I received it with same problem without repairing

Now it is again in service centre in jalgaon.

the piece is faulty and company is not ready to replace it

It seems that Lava company is is bogus company.

The dealer and officer promised to Mahesh mobiles Chopda to replace faulty piece with in 10 days but it is one month For my Mobile

Wise person should not purchase lava mobile
