Not providing the solution of my complain

Sir,

i have a lava A10 mobile PHONE ON 5/6, after 5 days the mobile is not working properly i have visited to the lava care center at least 15 times . each time they say that our engineer is not present please come after few days, on 3 /1 they submitted my mobile phone and ask me o come after one month .on 2/2 i have visited to the care center then they return me my mobile phone without repairing it and they again ask me to visit another care center .it was a really ridiculous, please help me to solve this problem.
