Very bad audio response, bad Bluetooth software, unable to listen

I purchased a lava mobile set on 12/02 from Modi Mobile World, Baldev Plaza, Goalghar, Gorakh pur.

at the time of purchase the retailor told me the features of the mobile, but when i continue to use it many problems start happening. i was not able to hear the voice, the receiver of the call always complaint of bad voice and a lot of other noice, its bluetooth software is very cheap. When i consulted the retailor he told me to contact to service centre and the service centre is telling me that it has no problem. Kindly suggest me the solution.
