Lava Mobile Model A-10
Touch not working and also not pick network signal

Dear concern

1 I purchased new Lava A-10 mobile set from authorized dealer M/s Seth telecom, Batala on date 8 February.

2 suddenly it, s touch got unserviceable and the same was sent to service center through dealer for repair on 11 feb. Regret to say that they took 20-21 days to return it after repair it by giving irreverent excuses . and now this phone is not pick network signal resulting i m not contactable with anyone which cause i miss my so many important phone calls.

3 Now do tell me that what i can i do with this mobile? it, s really embarrassing that i spent money and i get a useless mobile.

it, s humble request kindly look into matter and do needful.
