Lava Mobiles/Mobile KKT30
Non availability of charge

Sir,

I had purchased a Mobile Model No KKT 30 from Reliance outlet in HRBR Layout,

in Bangalore about 6 months back. The charger is not working and when I am trying

to get one in the market nothing is available. The service centre Nos given on Lava's

website 90% we get the information pls check the number and other places they

are least bothered. Fifteen days back I had complained to the company thru Email

but of no use.

Sir after having spent Rs.4500/ for the hand set and if the spares are not available

pls inform me what is to be done.
