LCD 22" Samsung tv
Defect not solved by service person

I had 22" lcd tv with in warrenty period.

Complaint to Customer care regarding problem.

15 days passed, no solution found for my tv.

Problem - First sound of tv get stop & then white band horizontally appears.

Service person said to change some parts but not available at stock.

My Complaint no - 8417192976 registered at Samsung Customer care.

My warrenty period is running out on november.
