I purchased LCD 40 inch TV from Hypercity on 19/12.And now it is not working. I put a complaint on 12/06 (complaint no BAN1206120509). But after continuous follow ups also they are not coming for attending. Always they are telling tomorrow they are coming, but never come and the reply is there technician is on leave, If such type of after sales service I am getting then please suggest me, should I use your product or you will improve the service
