Subject: Complain for Worst quality of Samsung LCD TV

I myself Amit Agarwal, purchased LCD TV model number- LA22A450C1 on January 18, on last one week before my TV got destroyed and its picture has gone completely and sound was still in TV. I had talked and complained in company, and they had sent one representative, he checked out whole TV and after that company said that its Panel (Board) has been destroyed and it has to change, for this they are asking 10, 000 Rs service charge, and I am not sure about its warranty period of 3 or 1 month.

So I am completely disappointed by this poor quality of Samsung such a big brand, m but now i got that Samsung just a brand with high price, no quality indeed for product, and I would never suggest any people to buy any product of Samsung, it is totally wastage of money.
