Its neary 15 days when I lodged my complaint and till now no one came to check my TV.

I have purchased this TV on Jan. and Warrenty period is over, I just want to know without checking the TV or with visiting how they know that my back needs to be replace and it cost 8500/

I want to know one thing from LG is your product life is only one year?

We are salery earned person how we can sepend 2 Rs on item which last for only one year.

and over and above no service I even spoken to Mr Mukesh head of customer complaint last week He promised that some one will be in my place on 30th of Aug. but today its 4th Sept no one have come.

Sorry who ever is reading to say that very poor service and noe I am switching over to Voltas as last month I have purchased 2 1Ton AC for my house.

I dont know If I will get any reply from LG or not but still I am writing the same.
