Screen panel to be replace within 2 years of purchase

Sir,

I purchased a samsung lcd tv with a lot of trust, faith & aspirations in July vide order no. 1640832 & your invoice no. L8881 dated 31.07.2008 delivered from Borivali (E) Mumbai 400066 India.

The selection of the Samsung product was based on your brand name, reputation & a host of other products being used in my household.

However, to our utter dismay & disgust, the main power unit packed up just within a year (Sept) entailing an expense over such a huge amount paid fro this high end product.

Now just a couple of days ago on 26/12 the LCD TV has totally collapsed. The engineer on the site inspection raised his hands that the screen panel costing an exorbitant amount will have to be replaced...

Some flimsy reasons were given for this defect, which donot augur well at all coming from a company of the stature of 'SAMSUNG'!

One is totally disillusioned & frustrated with the servicability & standard of such a high end & costly product.

I demand an immediate intervention by your company to repair the TV to my satisfaction or replace it immediately.
