Sim card slot1 not working properly

It's been a year since I have bought Lemon iQ 707 handset from a shop in my town.

Basically my complaint is based upon malfunctioning of sim slot1.

When I purchased my handset (dual sim), I put in its sim slot1 a TATA DOCOMO Sim-Card and in sim slot2, I put BSNL Sim-Card.

Now, when I want to abandon my TATA DOCOMO Sim-Card, I found that no other sim-card is working in sim slot1 rather than TATA DOCOMO (which i am using) one while all GSM cards are working in sim slot2. Thus, if i am not interested in using my TATA DOCOMO sim-card, i can't use my handset as a dual sim phone. Has there come any software defect in my sim slot1's memory of phone?
