Complaint regarding phone not recieved after repairnig still one and half mont has passed

Respected Sir Mam,

I want to admit a complaint regarding Lemon Mobile Service Centre,

I purchased lemon mobile handset three&half month before., after two months of purchasing i have touch problem in my handset screen so on 14/08 i gave my mobile at Lemon service centre at sitapur. Still One & Half month has passed but i Did't recieved my repaired my mobile handset. Servive Centre Personal says again and again that it will take some more time..he is not telling any specific date and im suffering from this problem.so please help me in this regard..Details of my Lemon Mobile Handset are:
