Lemon mobile, model-401 Duo
Non receival of phone still after 40 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given my lemon mobile handset model no. 401 Duo on 22/10/10, to my nearest Lemon mobile service center named SPEEDNET@Ajmera, Dibrugarh Job Sheet No.-3185 for repairing, since it had some problem regarding its LCD. The person sitting in the center told that it would take two days and after repairing they would inform me. But after waiting for one week when I went to the center to ask about the mobile they told that they have send it to Noida on 27/10/10, since its parts are not able here. Moreover they told that the company has stopped manufacturing the said model and hence the company will send a new handset, and it would take more fifteen days. Still after finding no response i visited the center today i.e., 30/11/10, but they are unable to give me back the mobile. They are saying that they dont know when company will send the handset. Sir I am facing great problem, I am a marketing person and I require phone at every now and then. Such kind of irresponsible behavior from the company as well as from the service center is creating doubts in me. I am afraid that if the same continues for more than a week than I will have to look for some other options.

Kindly look into my problem and try to deliver me the handset as early as possible.
