Dear Sir,

I have IFB eleena washing machine, which is reuired to be repaired. My complaint no. is 3973680 dated 05 jan. Customer code is 2164593.

As per the complaint your rep had visited my house and told that it requires tub replacement. Since then almost three weeks have passed away but the complaint is not resolved and there is no response from your end, However on my enquiry from Area manager Mr. Snadeep Kaul it has come to light that required spares (tub) is not available which would take atleast one week to 10 days. After this conversation too more than two weeks have passed.

I am desparate and unable to understand that why reputed brand like IFB should handle the complaint in this manner. Since last one month I have been speaking and registering complaints but the issue is not being ressolved.

It is requested that the matter be looked into seriously.
