Lenovo laptop
Product in warranty but they are not considering

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have purchased a laptop of lenovo in 2/11, Now It has got some problem and lenovo people has taken from me the laptop on 22/02 but still they are just delaying and not solving the issue also not ready to replace it. My laptop is in under warranty of 1 year.

Please help me out in this regard.
