Non receipt of the ordered goods

Dear Sirs,

i had complained earlier also that the courier co. through whom the product send is enable to suppl in time nor replylied properly. After loof phones and inquiry i was informed that the ordered godds will be delivered on16th before 13.00 hours. I waited for the whole day but nor it was delivered nor any message. Again the courier Service: s bombay office phoned me that they are arranging to delive the goods on 19thbefore 13.00 hours. They confirmed this again after contacting their Baroda office.but to my surprise and bad luck i did not received the product on that day nor till to day the22nd.i am tired of making phones to customer sarvice and complaints many a times but no proper reply is recived after spending about three hundreed rs. thus th service is bad and currier co. is also not proper. Theydo not have their office at Nadiad..This reflact badly on the services of the co.
