I ordered a microwave oven with convection from letsbuy on 29-10-11 order no. LSB-552770 but after 20 days they sent me oven without convection. the product samsung microwave model gs89fd was mentioned as grill convection whereas this model does not have convection feature in it. I want to return this product & want my money back. In an earlier order i recieved a defected mobile from the same shopping site
