On 22 dec i bought micromax a 75 for rs 9000/- from letsbuy on 27 dec i got it. within 1 or 2 days it stopped working properly. i couldn't make and receive calls on it. i write more than 10 emails about manufacturing defect but the company didnt reply, then i sent legal notice thru email (i m a advocate) the very next day company sent me mail that their internet was not working so they couldn't reply my mails, i told them to change the defective product, the company has return policy also, but they denied, then i sent the mobile to nearest micromax costumer care, they said its motherboard is defective, from the last one month my mobile is with customer care, probably i will get it aftr 1 week (for repair) but it doesn't mean i will not take legal action against leysbuy and micromax not to replace the defective phone, i will definitely . i jus waiting for the right time.
FRIENDS I M A ADVOCATE EVEN THEN I HAD TO FACE PROBLEMS DUE TO POOR AND CHEAP COMPANY LETSBUY SO THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE U BUY ANYTHING FROM LETS BUY.COM..AND IF U R IN PROBLEM DUE TO ANY TYPE OF COMPANY THEN MAY U TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT NO NEED OF HIRING LAWYER ONE CAN PRESENT BEFORE IT EASILY.
