Non delivery of product

Hi,

I had ordered 3 electronic products from letsbuy.com for a value of Rs. 3934 and after applying a gift coupon for Rs. I made a payment of Rs. 1934. After the online payment was made from my account, no order was generated. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that although the order has been processed with order no LSB 199622, I need to send the screenshot of payment and my proof of identity. Even after I sent the requisite documents, I was told that the payment has to be confirmed by the payment processor, which has not happened since the last 5 days, strangely.

Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.
