I have ordered a washing machine on 13-Aug from letsbuy.com using 1000 discount coupon, it was mentioned on the site that it will be delivered with in 10-15 days, but today it more than 25 days but still i am waiting for the delivery. I usually purchase through online shopping this is the first time have to complain for any online shopping site. Letsbuy.com service is really very bad, they disconnect the call when we call them to know the status of our product. I think they don't want to deliver the product.
Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.
