No delivery in spite of payment already made

I had ordered headphones from letsbuy and made online payments through netbanking account of oriental bank of commerce. my payment has been accepted. i paid on 1st of september and still havent received anything from letsbuy. i have called them twice all they tell me is that they will ship it in 2 days.

the time mentioned on their website was 4-7 working days. even after 14 working days, nothing has been shipped. i even went to their office directly to get my headphones. it has been a loss. i saved hardly 40 rs on the headphones which costed me 480 rupees. and i have wasted atleast 200 rupees travelling to their office and on their call centre waiting lines. which get answered atleast after waiting minimum of 10 minutes.

complete wastage.
