I have purchased an item on 10th Sep My order no. is LSB 375843. On 15th I have requested customer care to deliver it as earliest because I will be out of station on next week he told me it will be delivered on or before 20th Sep as indicated in site (delivery within 4-7 working day). But I have not yet received it and I have contacted the customer care 4 to 5 times and he informed me that it is not yet shipped.
