Pick up of damaged product

My Order no is LSB-370483 and produc is Fabiano MWP-18Ltr Storage Water Purifier. I got a broken material and they have told that they would do a reverse pickup and their person (courier person) came and denied to take it up. Now I made a report on it and they gave me another pick up request no. My pick up reference #0000333610.But still now there is no news of pickup as I need this material urgent basis and I have sent many mails to them. They are not co-operating with me. In future, I think I should not go for buying from this site cause I think there is a risk associated with this.my complaint has been registered with refrence no CC110913223.I got this product in 14th september and today is 11th oct. I am feeling that I am cheated by them. Dont know for how much time I have to wait for their response. If anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know. I bought that product to gift someone and couldnot do that. I will never go for further buying from them and this is a committment.
