No status update on my order and Failed to Contact customer care

Last few days I am trying to contact anyone in Letsbuy contact no. but no one seems to provide voice support for the Letsbuy as never got successfull to reach your customer care by any means email or phone.

I just need status of my order, but site also not showing any details. My order status last time updated on 20th Oct.11 but after that no update.

Its really not a good service for first time buyer.
