Dishonest in their business

I have booked for a Kenstar Karishma Classic Mixie in lets buy (where the stock is available - Pre payment was also done). But lets buy - company came back telling they dont have stock and giving me an alternate mixie which I rejected. So i have requested them for a cancellation on the product and they told will take another 21 days for the paid amount to get credited.

Again I requested for an early pay back... atleast a week or two. The customer care didn't response properly.

They dont have an updated online shopping .. just like that they take things for granted. Without an urgent need no one does a booking. Since because these people are can repay it after 21 days... Now I need to wait till that time for buying my product. To manage with the kitchen stuffs without a mixie is really tuff.
