Letsbuy Order Number - 874311, 'PARTIALLY DISPATCHED' thru Aramex against their tracking Number - 6277255224. This Order Number was honored by paying Rs 12, 900.00, by the receiver.

The Recipient of this Order, (Mr Abhigyan Chatterjee) has not received the following -

Samsung Original Phone Charger, which comes with the Main Set (Confirmed by the Customer Care During the Order Booking). (Status - NOT DILIVERED TO CUSTOMER)

'Branded Accessories Kit Worth Rs.1200 Norton Mobile Security for Android (Phone/Tablet)', as advertized on the Internet Site of Letsbuy.Com and Confirmed by the Customer Care Assistant During the Order Booking, (Status 'NOT DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER')

Further we were informed During the Order Booking that the Branded Accessories kit Contains the Following -

1. Blue Tooth / Emergency Charger

2. Universal Screen Protector

3. Car Charger with multilead

4. Mobile Hanger

5. Universal Pouch

6. Norton Mobile Security (Antivirus)

Out of the above SIX items, only ONE item 'EMERGENCY CHARGER' is received.

Moreover the Intimation EMail (Send by Letsbuy.Com, Dated: 29-Feb 11:40 PM) - Subject reads 'Re: Complaint: Your Letsbuy order 874311 has been Partially dispatched'

No confirmation of the date by when the rest of the items shall be delivered, for which the payment of Rs 12, 900.00 is already made.

This Complaint was made over phone to Customer Care (0124-4901234) on 01-Mar at around 11:45 AM, followed by an EMail to Customer Care.

Conclusion:

Cheating the Customer. The Customer should have been informed earlier before partial dispatch is made. Remember, the customer has already made full payment for the Product ordered, but not delivered by Letsbuy.Com.
