Not shipping the product

The order LSB 752818 was ordered on 29th Dec but the product is still not shipped. Inspite of sending numerous mails and calling customer care noone has been able to resolve the issue. I am being given a logic that as the product is not in stock Letsbuy is unable to ship. This is ridiculous. How can you list the product on the website if its not in stock.

Please resolve my issue or return my money back. This is terrible customer experience i have ever had shopping online.
