Lets Buy/Nikon P500 Camera
Non Delivery of Product

I had ordered a Nikon Coolpix P 500 Digital Camera from www.letsbuy.com on August 21 (Order No.: 319394) and was promised delivery within 4-7 days. On August 24 i received a call from the company stating that the product was ready to be shipped from their warehouse in New Delhi and that since my address is in New Delhi as well i would be getting the delivery within a day or two. But since then i have had no word from the company and every single time i call the company inquiring about my order the only reply i get is that it will be dispatched by next evening. On August 30 when i finally called to cancel the order and demand for a refund, the executive i spoke to (Mr. Varun Virmani) took the responsibility on himself to get the product delivered by the evening of August 30 or latest by 12:00 pm on August 31. He also promised a full refund in case of failure to deliver. I checked the status of the order at 5:45pm on August 30 and it still states Ready to Ship. I even gave them a call at 5:50 and still my order has not been dispatched. They have made me call them at least 50 times wasting my time and energy and also putting me under a lot of stress. Kindly suggest a legal action against the company.
