LEXMARK bad response after sales&Catridge not available in local market

Sir/madam, i purchase LEXMARK X5650 ALL IN ONE PRINTER ON 11/02 FROM sonal technologies, gurgoen, now i am facing undue hassle and overburden from such company they are not supplying me the proper printer cartrideges as I mention above black#36 rs1200&color#37 rs1300 number cartridge from the market with nominal price, Its rediculous to say now aforesaid company telling me double the price for such cartridges even that i ready to pay but they always replying me it is out of market we will let u know in a week and till now their week not yet came as i am helpless from last week I cant use my printer.
