LG / 1.5 Ton Split AC
Leakage of water from the main {inner} unit

I had purchased a Lg.1.5 ton split air conditioner in April from a local dealer Ms. Uttam Sales, in Bistupur, Jamshedpur. Since the day of installation there had been a water leakage problem from the main unit inside the room. I had given several complaints to the dealer, i purchased the ac.from and the local authoris ed lg. service center..The complain was seen by the service center representatives and the problem rectified, but only for a short period. The problem started repeating every ten fifteen days again and again and then the ac. was in warranty period. I had requested the dealer to change the unit as it was in warranty period, but he kept on giving excuses and assurance for a good after service and to permanently solve the problem, but it has been more than a year and the problem remains even worse. Now i have given up contacting the dealer and the service center executives because all the repeated services done are of no use. Therefore i request you to see in to this problem and get something done as soon as possible. Thank you.
