The above AC in my pizzeria was bought on Sept 4 and has had leakage/cooling issues a couple of times over the year. Two weeks ago (mid- August), the AC stopped functioning and LG technicians took it for repair (LG Complaint No 1081629833). I was told that the cooling coils have to be replaced. After another two weeks, after repeated phone calls, LG informs us that the part is not available for another 20 days! On top of that, they state that since the warranty period expires on Sept 4, I would have to pay for the replacement. Why should the consumer be penalized if the part is unavailable at LG's end!

In the interim, neither have they offered an alternative option as I have stated repeatedly that my pizzeria is losing business daily due to lack of air conditioning. The heat generated from the pizza oven makes it impossible for my dine-in guests to sit inside and for my staff to work effectively. I am still awaiting a response.

This is pathetic service. I will never use LG products in the future for any of my pizzerias.
