EST filure in warranty

We have lodged two complaints for improper display on screen vide complaint no RNA110813036458 (Exe name - Sumitra) & RNA110831021356 on 31-08-11 (Exe Name - Sonal)

In first compliant one service executive came & said he will come after two days, no body came & complaint was later closed as resolved.

In second time service executive came & stated that first we will replace EST and then see if required we will change picture tube. Due to unavailibility if EST he confirmed us that will revert back but till date no body came to resolve the matter. The complaint was lodged on 31-08 means its already more then two months.

Please intervene in matter & resolve the same asap.
