Touch screen not working

Dear sir/madam,

My LG mobile not working from last month. I have given for service on the date of 25-11 . My phone was purchased on 7th April in universal puducherry. I have a warrenty for 1 year but i have given for service there is no use till today the service request number is 33263. I HAVE GOOD OPINION ON LG PRODUCT SO FOR I PURCHASED LG MOBILE INSTEAD OF PURCHASING NOKIA MOBILE BUT LG SERVICE CENTRE MAKES MY PASSION TO BE LOST. I REQUEST LG COMPANY TO REPLACE A NEW MOBILE FOR DELAY OF SERVICE. KINDLY DO ME THE NEEDFUL AND BE A GENUINE COMPANY.
