I have a 32" LCD TV which I purchased in and the TV is conitnuouesly in Warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract. On 30th Decemebr TV stopped working and I made a complaint immediately. LG Service Engr immediately came for serivce and found that, the TV Panel has to be replaced. From that date, till today, nothign has been done. After a day to day follow up, LG Cutomer service told me that, Panel is not in use and hence we would like replace the TV or give refund. This information has been repeated told by the LG Service People since Feb 12th and today we are March 12th and nothing has been happening. Please suggest, shall I go for filing case against LG for the breach.
