Fridge Not working properly

This has reference to my LG refrigerator which I had purchased in July from Dass Electronics, Kalyaninagar, and has not been working properly for the past 2-3 months. Your technician tried to repair it and after 4 consecutive times the refrigerator was finally taken and supposedly repaired by your technicians, and it was kept with your workshop for more than 20-25 days.

I would like to mention here that the same problem has occured again and the cooling is not happening as earlier. It has also come to my notice that the refrigerator provided is a different one, i.e. the body has been changed as the colour is slightly different, which I did not notice earlier. Hence, you are hereby informed to replace the refrigerator with immediate effect.
