I would like to inform you that, be have purchased AC from you on 03/06 and you or supply on 06/06. But only supplied AC you or not come properly installed so past 6 days we ar3e calling you customer care, LG Manger, next manger, service manger, service inchargers, technician, and still there are not responding by proper answer in this connection so many small company or doing very good service but your company only getting good name no proper answer from all your total department. Now Hence finally I am telling to you this type of work doing, you are losing your company name and LG company name. After seeing the letter what you will do please do the needful in this regards. This copy I m sending LG group of companies and then after going to consumer court
