Earth leakage (ELCB trips)

For past two years I am having the problem of tripping of ELCB on switching of the A.C.I have 3 A.C.s all L.G Window 1 and 1.5 T; Split 2T. Problem is with 1.5 T unit. All units are under maintenance contract with SAI Service, Borivali (East), authorised service people for LG. Their Phone nos are 022- 25927395/6 Service is extremely poor, technicians do not understand the problem with the result that the AC. has been kept detached from the line as any time it results in tripping of the power supply.

The lead wire from the AC shows low resistance with the body and tester gives a glow from the body.
