After Sale service

I have logged one complaint on 31 Jan for repair of Microwave Till date my Microwave is not repaired and no technician has visited my place.

After so many followup I have not got any result. Even CCO Nisha Nehval and Vimal Mehta are not following their commitments.

Customer care representative are also giving wrong information and they are lying like anything.

LG Service is pathetic.
