Non installation of newly bought AC

Date of purchase : 28/9

I had bought an AC model no: LWA5ER3 .. cost : 17, 978 from an authorized dealer named: Techno Electronics (9727592547) in Ahmedabad through the Canteen Store Department.

The delivery has been made but till now no one has come for the installation and demonstration of the AC. This is being highly inconvenient and now the dealer has also stopped attending to my calls.

I would like the needful for the above situation to be done.
