LG Air Condioner
Service not done

I have taken AMC of LG Airconditioner, have lodged a complaint but the fault has not been rectified and nor is there any response from your service centre. My complaint Number is RNA 120407060505, this had been lodged on 05 Apr and the same has not been rectified inspite of repeated reminders, the service Centre the engineer has not rectified the complaint. The Engineer Hari Om does not seem to have diagonised the problem, he told me that the output of the Stabiliser was more, I have got the same changed, but the cooling problemstill stays.

Will someone look into this please.
