LG Air conditioner 1.5Ton Split AC
Mal functioning since installation

We the POWERGRID Corporation of India Ltd., A Govt. of India Enterprise, have purchased two no. of Airconditioners of LG make through the local supplier M/s. Cool World, Nagpur. Out of two 1.5 tonne unit, one unit started malfunctioning within one week from the date of installation. (i.e. on 16-02) Inspite of repeated complaints to attend the complaint immediately, M/s. Cool World, Nagpur the supplier of said unit is neither responding nor attending the complaint.

Since, the fault persists, we have approached you with a hope that necessary action shall be taken from your side for prompt action by attending the complaint immediately.
