Worst and Disaster Serice

We have made a complaint regarding AC on January Now its around 5 months going to be over, till now no body came and rectified the issue, I have called customer care and got the contact number of Regional head of LG South, but that guy never picked the call, I have called him around 20 - 30 time in a week. I want to ask you one thing why you are doing the business when you cant provide service, one of worst and bullshit service of LG in India... I was planning to buy more LG products, but now decided this one of worst service...
