Worst Service Cente

My Lgp500 was not booting which i purchased on 4/4.I visited my nearest customer service for mobile phone center at Ascent Solutions Jayanagar Bangalore. They first ask me for 1 day time to revert then they said they are not able to image so will take 2-3 days after i asked give a proper date they said Wednesday. I am calling since morning and they are not picking up the call. No response from their side. i just want to know which kind of service LG is providing. If it will continue Brand will be ruined within few time. Its a time for service only.
