Service not doing waste

I buy plasma 32br plasma tv.when i buy it self Tv out not working.warrenty also there for 3 monts.i tell to the service man.but they are asking 5000rs for replacing board, and also they are telling to extend another one yr, in that warrenty it self they didn't clear..they didn't response properly... plz give any solution...
