Pathetic experience

I purchased LG refrigerator on 30 April. It was 72, 0000Rs worth fridge. Firstly, the "EZone" store from where we purchased the fridge didnt inform us that a 6, 000 Rs motor would have to be installed along with the fridge. They just told us that a 2000 Rs motor needs to be installed. That was non revealing of complete information . to the costumer.
Secondly, after the fridge has been installed, it gave dirty water from dispensor. Now the LG dealor who installed the motor says that the controller of the motor has got rust. Now can any product just in mere 10 days of working catch rust. Either we have been supplied with duplicate or second hand part. But whatever, it has been a pathetic experience with LG
